We are currently seeking a Growth Marketing Manager who is not only passionate about growth marketing but also possesses a strong background in demand generation, customer engagement, and analytics. This role is pivotal in driving measurable results through innovative growth initiatives. The Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate with various internal teams, including product marketing, sales, program management, demand management, data science, and creative teams, to plan, build, and launch impactful marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, capable of deriving analytical insights to understand customer needs, and adept at executing strategies that maximize impact. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of growth marketing campaigns aimed at connecting Meta's advertisers with sales opportunities and promoting advertising best practices. You will oversee the entire campaign lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate launches by coordinating with operations, creative, and analytics teams. Your role will also involve working closely with quantitative and qualitative data teams to gain a deep understanding of our audience, which will inform strategic decisions and optimizations. Additionally, you will design and implement test plans to identify key drivers of conversion and revenue, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and goals. Ultimately, you will own quarterly goals across relevant KPIs and drive expected quarter-over-quarter growth.
