About the position

We are seeking an experienced Growth Marketer to join our marketing team at Tampa Stem. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver with a passion for crafting compelling content and analyzing data to optimize marketing campaigns. This role is crucial in identifying opportunities for growth and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to capitalize on those opportunities. The Growth Marketing Manager will conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience. This includes blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns. The candidate will utilize conversion optimization techniques to improve the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and develop and manage social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure alignment between marketing and business objectives. Additionally, the role requires the use of Adobe tools, such as Photoshop and Illustrator, to create visual content and design marketing materials. The Growth Marketing Manager will analyze campaign performance data and use that data to optimize marketing strategies, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization will be key to improving marketing campaign performance. The candidate will also develop and manage advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google AdWords and Facebook Ads, and utilize JavaScript to create custom tracking and analytics solutions. Finally, managing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions will be a significant part of this role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to craft compelling content.
  • Experience with conversion optimization and A/B testing.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other marketing tools.
  • Experience with JavaScript and its applications in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing and the ability to develop and manage effective social media campaigns.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
