About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Codal is responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation through data-driven marketing strategies. This role involves developing multi-channel lead acquisition campaigns, managing content, coordinating events, and analyzing data to optimize marketing performance. The position requires collaboration with sales teams and operates in a fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, maintain and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Oversee the development, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across all marketing channels.
  • Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows to maximize lead generation and brand exposure.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Create, strategize and implement account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value accounts in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies leveraging data from Hubspot and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and nurtured through the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of related experience in a B2B focused marketing environment.
  • Experience managing a team of 1-2 marketers.
  • Previous agency/consulting experience is required.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, sales tools, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana, and SemRush.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in executing projects from development to completion.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure campaign effectiveness.
