About the position

The Manager of Consumer Adoption at DailyPay is a pivotal leadership role aimed at driving the company's revenue growth through effective marketing strategies and consumer engagement programs. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of business-to-consumer marketing, user adoption programs, and data analytics. The individual will be responsible for overseeing the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and enrollment to ongoing usage, ensuring that key performance metrics are met. The role involves collaborating with various teams, including sales and technical implementations, to create tailored go-to-market strategies for both SME and Enterprise clients. The Manager will also coordinate with internal marketing and external communication teams to develop a robust communications plan that supports client launches and drives user engagement. In this role, the Manager will design and implement innovative marketing programs that enhance brand awareness and foster client affinity. This includes utilizing direct channels such as email and SMS, as well as indirect channels like display and social media. The Manager will validate launch timings, monitor enrollment growth, and continuously improve marketing strategies based on performance evaluations and client insights. The position is integral to ensuring that DailyPay's marketing efforts align with client needs and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop the marketing strategy and plans for the company's consumer engagement and adoption programs.
  • Drive continuous awareness and affinity through effective and innovative marketing programs in partnership with clients via direct and indirect channels.
  • Architect winning go-to-market plans tailored for SME & Enterprise clients, collaborating with sales and technical teams for seamless transitions.
  • Coordinate with internal marketing and external employee communications teams to craft comprehensive communications plans for client launches.
  • Execute client launch marketing plans in partnership with Client Success Managers and launch strategists.
  • Validate launch timing and monitor enrollment growth during the initial three months post-launch.
  • Collaborate with the B2C marketing team and Client Success Managers to evaluate launch performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years' experience in demand generation or growth marketing with a focus in software/technology and/or FinTech working directly with clients.
  • Digital marketing experience and expertise managing owned & paid channels.
  • Strong strategic problem solver with the ability to provide thought leadership and guidance for cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with and leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Proven success in developing impactful marketing communication across the consumer journey.
  • Experience translating insights and data into consumer value and marketing strategy.
