Finalis is unlocking the private capital markets, and we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead our lead generation, lead scoring, and lead routing efforts. This role is crucial to achieving our Marketing Influenced Pipeline and Marketing Influenced Revenue goals. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract, engage, and convert target audiences.
  • Utilize various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing to drive qualified leads.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Create and manage lead scoring models to prioritize leads based on engagement, fit, and buying intent.
  • Ensure efficient lead routing processes to deliver high-quality leads to the appropriate sales teams.
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to maintain and improve lead management systems and processes.
  • Own and drive the metrics for Marketing Influenced Pipeline and Marketing Influenced Revenue.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue generation.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with Sales, BDR, Revenue Operations, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling marketing materials that support lead generation and conversion.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams to leverage technology for enhanced marketing performance.
  • Utilize data and analytics to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
  • Implement A/B testing and other methodologies to continuously improve marketing campaigns and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Finalis remains at the forefront of growth marketing.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to various campaigns and initiatives.
  • Track and report on budget performance, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, lead generation, or a related role.
  • Over 3 years leading growth marketing strategy and execution ideally with a focus on driving revenue growth in a SaaS startup within the US Market.
  • Track record of supporting revenue growth and market share expansion.
  • Proven track record of driving significant growth in marketing influenced pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, lead routing, and lead management best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.
  • History of making decisions based on business metrics.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams for change management, quarterly objectives, and strategies.
  • Strong skills in systems thinking and execution, with an ability to handle multiple projects and maintain attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and spoken. Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience with Google Workspace and the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills, adaptable, with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Relevant domain experience in fintech, marketplaces, investment banking, capital markets intelligence and workflow optimization.
