About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Nextpoint is responsible for driving growth through impactful marketing campaigns and collaboration with product and sales teams. This role involves developing marketing programs, crafting go-to-market strategies, and leading campaigns from start to finish, all aimed at generating qualified leads and achieving ambitious growth targets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Marketing Programs that translate business strategies and market insights into impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Craft Go-to-Market Strategies that align with business objectives and market trends, collaborating with the Insights team.
  • Coordinate Marketing Resources across functions to support industry growth goals and ensure effective marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with Functional Teams including content, creative, demand generation, PR, research, and market intelligence to meet industry marketing needs.
  • Leverage Data for Growth by partnering with Insights and Digital teams to utilize intent data for enhancing growth enablement efforts.
  • Lead Campaigns from Start to Finish, focusing on generating strong ROI and continuously optimizing for top performance.
  • Assess and Optimize Results by tracking and evaluating campaign outcomes to inform improvements for future success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of the marketing mix and ability to apply effective strategies.
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Ability to build credibility with clients and foster strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to encourage creativity and share best practices.
