About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Zoetis is responsible for driving the growth of the Precision Animal Health portfolio, focusing on direct-to-consumer companion animal products. This role involves leading marketing strategies to optimize revenue and spending efficiency, managing agency partnerships for paid acquisition, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product sales. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset to support both short and long-term marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver marketing roadmap to achieve short and long term Direct to Consumer sales and cost-efficiency goals; using pricing, promotion, and paid/organic channels as levers.
  • Track progress against KPIs and present trends and learnings to key stakeholders, using data to pivot tactics as necessary.
  • Create a robust data-driven testing roadmap and execute experiments to inform ongoing strategic optimizations.
  • Leverage customer insights across priority segments and champion customer centricity in organizational decision making.
  • Manage high-level and detailed reports to inform budgeting decisions and projections across multiple products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role in consumer e-commerce, or an advanced degree (MBA) with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing growth marketing programs against measurable financial outcomes.
  • Full funnel marketing exposure across various channels, with an emphasis on digital paid user acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to run hypothesis-driven tests.
  • Experience in forecasting and strong finance and business fundamentals.

  • Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing marketing performance using multi-touch attribution tools.
