As a Growth Marketing Manager at Pampered Chef, you will play a pivotal role in bridging marketing activities with business outcomes through an agile, data-driven approach aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and engagement. Reporting directly to the Director of Digital and Growth Marketing, your primary responsibility will be to build and lead a highly effective team that focuses on the strategic direction, development, and tactical optimization of our marketing funnel, which includes email, paid, affiliate, and organic marketing strategies. Your strong business acumen, creative skillset, content strategy, and technical expertise will be essential in driving measurable business growth. In this role, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive email marketing strategies, continuously optimizing these programs based on data analysis to enhance customer acquisition and retention. You will develop a content calendar and present business cases for promotions that align with merchandising strategies, ensuring that campaigns are compelling and drive both short-term sales and long-term customer loyalty. Collaboration with the creative team will be crucial as you build content calendars that align with promotional strategies and customer engagement goals. You will also be responsible for developing and executing regular A/B testing across various channels to optimize audiences, advertising creative, multimedia, site pages, landing pages, and placements to achieve results that align with business goals. Managing the integration of email marketing efforts with CRM systems will be key to creating cohesive customer communication strategies. Additionally, you will oversee email automation, including setting up trigger-based campaigns using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms. Your analytical skills will come into play as you create reports that analyze key performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, generating insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaign performance. Ensuring compliance with email marketing regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR will be part of your responsibilities to maintain a high sender reputation. You will partner with the Manager of Digital Analytics to provide data-driven content and performance analysis, leveraging insights to recommend budget allocation, audience targeting, and segmentation. Cross-functional collaboration with creative, technology, finance, legal, and other stakeholders will be essential to drive business performance. Forecasting campaign performance and providing detailed retrospectives relative to targets will help you optimize future campaigns. You will also manage and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Strong written and verbal communication skills will be necessary as you work with various external vendors and partners to achieve business objectives.
