About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at NotaryLive will be responsible for driving user acquisition and retention strategies through data-driven marketing campaigns. This role is crucial for accelerating the company's growth and enhancing the user experience on their online notarization platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies.
• Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and measure campaign effectiveness.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing).
• Optimize the user journey from acquisition to retention.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer support teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Run A/B tests and experiments to continuously improve marketing performance.
• Utilize marketing technology tools to enhance campaign efficiency.
• Create and execute lifecycle marketing campaigns including onboarding, adoption, retention, and re-engagement initiatives.
• Develop and manage email nurture tracks tailored to customer personas and lifecycle stages.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with marketing analytics tools.
• Proven track record in managing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
