About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Ovia Health will lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns aimed at decision makers in Health Plans and Employers. This role focuses on creating demand, driving buyer engagement, and accelerating the sales pipeline through various marketing channels, including content, webinars, email, and account-based marketing (ABM). The position emphasizes data-driven optimization and reporting to refine marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated campaign, event, ABM, webinar and conference strategies and campaign calendar that drive lead acquisition with our target market
  • Partner with Commercial leaders to align on target audiences and tactics
  • Lead the development of campaign messaging, resonating messaging, content, and creative assets in support of demand gen and product marketing objectives
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to communicate Ovia differentiators and value prop positioning
  • Oversee and continually refine automated nurture program to drive lead scoring success in collaboration with the Commercial team
  • Generate timely, accurate and in-depth reporting on campaign and program performance; use data to refine messages, channels, and strategies
  • Collaborate with Labcorp digital marketing operations to support marketing automation for systems including Eloqua, SF marketing campaigns, and DemandBase
  • Optimize integration between marketing platforms to ensure one, consolidated, clean, and accurate picture of marketing performance and execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B and B2B2C healthcare marketing experience, preferably in digital healthcare
  • Mastery of modern digital marketing technologies including DemandBase (or other ABM solutions), and Eloqua
  • Experience with SaleForce.com (SFDC) or other CRM solutions is preferred
  • Stellar event and project management/prioritization skills with mastery of the details

  • Expert in following best practices within email marketing, webinars, event strategy, and consumer privacy
  • Successful track record of developing effective integrated campaigns that exceed funnel goals
  • Skilled communicator, both in the content you develop, as well as in presenting plans and data to internal stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate both cross-functionally and across time zones (including India)
  • Excellent analytical skills and curiosity; eager to dig into campaign results, interpret data, draw conclusions, and share insights
  • A deep understanding of marketing & sales funnels, levers and customer journeys
  • Ability to develop deep relationships with internal stakeholders and lead strategic lead gen discussions
  • Ability to prioritize and focus efforts on the highest-impact opportunities
