About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at REEKON Tools will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's external presence and driving sales of innovative construction tools. This position involves collaborating with product, design, and engineering teams to execute marketing strategies that promote REEKON's brand and products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and experimenting with the latest marketing strategies to help scale the brand to new heights.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the REEKON marketing strategy based on company direction and best practices.
• Manage PPC ad campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Amazon, and more while maintaining budgets and ROAS.
• Refine nurturing flows across email and web to capture interest and convert leads into customers.
• Set up tracking information for links for attribution across various platforms and effective reporting in analytics.
• Research and refine REEKON Tools' SEO presence and optimize website copy and other platforms.
• Stay updated on industry trends and marketing best practices, providing recommendations for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with graphic, web, and content teams to create emails, landing pages, ads, and more.
• Develop marketing emails and automation workflows based on customer behaviors.
• Compile and maintain regular marketing analytics reports, interpreting data and presenting recommendations.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities in social media and category innovation.

Requirements

• Understanding of customer roles, pain points, and applications.
• Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• In-depth experience in marketing strategies and tools.
• Experience in DIY, Home Improvement, and/or construction is a bonus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with email marketing and automation tools.
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and data interpretation.
