About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager at Nanit is responsible for leading performance media channels to drive customer acquisition efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in performance marketing, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of delivering measurable results. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business goals, while also testing innovative ideas to drive impact.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement acquisition strategies across paid media platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon, measuring effectiveness through incrementality testing and experimentation.
  • Partner closely with external media agencies and partners to continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, regularly making data-driven decisions to optimize for KPIs.
  • Oversee and manage a performance media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels to maximize ROI.
  • Lead creative content strategy and testing roadmap, working closely with creative & social teams to ensure alignment on brand positioning, messaging, and user journey optimization.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Research and identify new opportunities to drive Nanit's acquisition efforts efficiently and sustainably.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in performance marketing, specifically building multi-channel strategies in Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or Amazon.
  • Familiarity with attribution modeling and incrementality measurement approaches a plus.
  • Proficiency in SQL or creating reports in platforms like Looker or Tableau.
  • Prior experience managing budgets that directly impact P/L.
  • A strong sense for brand and details; an eye for creativity that gets results.
  • Ability to analyze and structure data, turn data into insights, and insights into action.
  • High level of business acumen with an analytical approach.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A self-starter that's excited to join and contribute to a mission-driven company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, or equivalent experience.
