About the position

The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving and performing the day-to-day operational workflows of growth marketing within a top global tech company. This role involves collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to develop and launch multi-channel customer communications, ultimately enhancing awareness and engagement of services and products. The position requires a self-motivated individual with a strong background in lifecycle marketing and experience with CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Developing, testing, and deploying customer journeys based on product and strategy objectives.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure operational plans and deliverables are aligned and risks are addressed.
  • Optimizing performance through A/B testing to drive incremental growth and improve overall programs.
  • Monitoring campaign performance for operational integrity and identifying issues to communicate to internal teams.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Building a knowledge portal of best practices and playbooks for reference and training.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of lifecycle marketing experience building and launching acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Experience with CRM or ESP platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Oracle, and Responsys.
  • High aptitude for logical reasoning and critical thinking.
  • Experience in SQL preferred.
  • Exhibit high attention to detail and organization to deliver quality projects in a timely manner.
  • Ability to react calmly to curveballs and devise contingency plans under pressure.
  • Effective communication skills in all mediums.

Nice-to-haves

  • Familiarity with the financial space and financial products.
  • Experience with B2C marketing operations.
  • Technical background with an understanding of how marketing systems operate.
