CorePower Yoga is seeking a Manager of Growth Marketing who will play a pivotal role in driving scalable and sustainable growth for the company. This position requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing key paid acquisition channels or working with paid media agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, particularly with managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google Search. This role is designed for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing agencies and managing critical projects that align with the company's business goals. The primary responsibilities include optimizing paid media channels, managing user acquisition strategies, and ensuring that campaign performance is measured effectively to inform future marketing initiatives. The manager will work closely with third-party agencies to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and derive insights from performance metrics. Additionally, the role involves designing and analyzing channel-level experiments, collaborating with the creative team to develop effective marketing assets, and maintaining reporting dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics. Another key aspect of this role is to lead growth projects in underperforming markets. This includes collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance local awareness and engagement, supporting local marketing initiatives, and training teams on effective marketing strategies. The Growth Marketing Manager will also work with analytics agencies to drive insights that inform marketing and promotional initiatives, manage the overall marketing budget, and oversee the process with content creators related to paid media creative development.
