About the position

CorePower Yoga is seeking a Manager of Growth Marketing who will play a pivotal role in driving scalable and sustainable growth for the company. This position requires a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing key paid acquisition channels or working with paid media agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance marketing, particularly with managing campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Google Search. This role is designed for someone who is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), the Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing agencies and managing critical projects that align with the company's business goals. The primary responsibilities include optimizing paid media channels, managing user acquisition strategies, and ensuring that campaign performance is measured effectively to inform future marketing initiatives. The manager will work closely with third-party agencies to optimize campaigns, manage budgets, and derive insights from performance metrics. Additionally, the role involves designing and analyzing channel-level experiments, collaborating with the creative team to develop effective marketing assets, and maintaining reporting dashboards to provide visibility into performance metrics. Another key aspect of this role is to lead growth projects in underperforming markets. This includes collaborating with cross-functional partners to enhance local awareness and engagement, supporting local marketing initiatives, and training teams on effective marketing strategies. The Growth Marketing Manager will also work with analytics agencies to drive insights that inform marketing and promotional initiatives, manage the overall marketing budget, and oversee the process with content creators related to paid media creative development.

Responsibilities

  • Grow efficiencies of our paid media channels by managing key user acquisition channels, including Facebook and Google Search.
  • Optimize campaigns and measure performance to derive insights for future campaigns.
  • Manage budgets to ensure monthly budget allocations meet CAC, CPA, and ROAS targets.
  • Pull together reporting and dashboards to inform optimization and decision-making for future investments.
  • Design and analyze channel-level experiments utilizing platform tools to run A/B tests for creative, copy, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ideate on creative concepts and provide feedback based on paid marketing best practices.
  • Maintain reporting dashboards and share performance metrics with leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations and cross-functional partners to grow local awareness and engagement in underperforming markets.
  • Identify and support local marketing opportunities in collaboration with local marketing freelancers and studio leadership.
  • Partner with marketing and digital teams to identify local opportunities and facilitate timely execution of initiatives.
  • Train markets on local marketing opportunities and tactics.
  • Lead/manage key marketing analytics projects including LTV segmentation and customer segmentation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of acquisition/growth marketing experience.
  • Experience with Facebook Ads is required; familiarity with Google Search and other platforms is a bonus.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills.
  • Solid Excel and Google skills, along with strong communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Emotional maturity and ability to work under stressful situations while reporting to C-level executives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate well with cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

Nice-to-haves
