About the position

As a Senior Manager on the Growth Marketing team at MongoDB, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies aimed at engaging users in large enterprise accounts during their onboarding process. Your role will focus on accelerating their time to value with MongoDB Atlas through personalized messaging across various mediums. This position requires a deep understanding of the customer journey and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to engage users in large enterprise accounts during onboarding.
  • Create personalized digital experiences to accelerate time to value for MongoDB Atlas users.
  • Compile content around large customer's internal documentation and identify relevant MongoDB best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to optimize user onboarding and continuously improve programs and channels.
  • Perform strategic analyses to uncover high-potential user segments and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Assess the user and customer journey to drive cross-functional execution and elevate business capabilities.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives meet revenue objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2D or B2B experience in growth marketing, growth product, and/or lifecycle marketing, ideally in SaaS/Self-Serve.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing to a technical audience.
  • Deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to drive customer engagement and product usage through value-based marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure efforts and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
