About The Position

The Paid Social Specialist at NoGood is responsible for managing and executing paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, and TikTok. This role involves collaborating with creative and product teams to develop holistic marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention. The specialist will provide strategic insights, launch ad campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize client outcomes.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience managing ad spend across leading social advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest
  • Managed a monthly paid social budget of at least $10,000
  • Deep knowledge of liaising with product teams to set up events on different ad platforms and ensuring proper setup and firing of events
  • Experience working with branding/creative teams to produce high-quality ad assets that capture audience attention
  • Experience with reporting structures to communicate/display ad performance across different platforms and report on ongoing experiments
  • Highly analytical with a strong focus on achieving client KPIs
  • Expertise in the intersection of paid, owned, and earned media in social campaign orchestration
  • Passionate about the social media landscape with demonstrated thought leadership

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing Paid Search accounts
  • Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms such as Rockerbox, Appsflyer, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic insight on emerging trends and industry developments as they impact the social media landscape
  • Launch ad campaigns across paid social for many clients
  • Become an expert on our clients' brands and goals and develop creative solutions that boost the brand's reputation and conversions
  • Have a deep understanding of our client's products and competitors to launch effective ad campaigns with high engagement
  • Liaison with the branding/creative team to ensure all ad assets and ad copy align with the client's brand guidelines
  • Present weekly reporting on campaign performance, highlighting successes and new experiments to run
  • Act as an advisor to guide clients on improving their bottom of funnel performance to lower overall CAC and improve LTV
  • Maintain strong client communication and demonstrate project management skills
