About the position

Hive is seeking a strategic and hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to lead growth initiatives through targeted Demand Generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns. This role is crucial for building brand awareness, driving lead generation, and strengthening relationships with high-value accounts, all while collaborating closely with the Sales team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating expertise in multi-channel marketing and a strong analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel Demand Gen campaigns that drive brand awareness, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to distribute early-stage engagement content such as educational resources and invitations to webinars.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value accounts in collaboration with Sales for targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns using tactics like custom email sequences and retargeting ads.
  • Partner with Content to align on content strategy and ensure effective distribution that resonates with Ideal Customer Profiles.
  • Design and manage lead nurturing flows to guide prospects through the funnel toward sales qualification.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, generating reports to share insights with the Commercial Team.
  • Work closely with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs of qualified leads and shared accountability for growth targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Proven expertise in either Demand Generation or ABM, with a strong understanding of multi-channel campaign management.
  • Generalist marketing skills, especially in content marketing, email marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with content distribution strategies.
  • Experience with HubSpot; Salesforce familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of data-driven decision-making and reporting.
  • Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Partnership teams.
