About the position
The Sr. Marketing Designer at MyFitnessPal plays a crucial role in enhancing the brand's presence across various consumer touchpoints. This position involves collaboration with multiple teams to create a positive brand experience and optimize marketing performance through data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in reporting of various paid marketing channels and app stores across different parts of the funnel
- Assist the team with budget management and reporting to ensure accurate pacing
- Analyze channel performance reports and make optimization recommendations to marketing managers
- Assist with app store optimization analysis, testing, and reporting for both the App and Play stores
- Work cross-functionally with the internal Creative team, Business Intelligence team, and with external agencies to better the performance of marketing
- Help with one-off marketing tests (channels, creatives etc) as and when required
- Build reports and decks to share learnings with the larger organization
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience managing / reporting on digital media channels such as Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Programmatic Display, CTV, etc.
- Both brand and agency experience are welcome
- Experience with App Store Optimization, including analyzing and reporting on trends within the App and Play stores
- Excellent with numbers and excel, good at digging data and parsing out signals that can meaningfully impact campaign performance
- Attention to detail, understanding the importance of getting seemingly small things right
- Good interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with marketing managers, creative teams, analytics teams, as well as external agencies and publishers
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
