Responsibilities

• Develop and lead marketing strategy in collaboration with the CMO.
• Design, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns including direct-to-consumer marketing, PPC, and social media advertising.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content that educates and converts target audiences.
• Use analytics to track, measure, and optimize campaign effectiveness, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and executive leadership to align marketing efforts with company goals.
• Execute campaigns hands-on when necessary.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably in healthcare, dental, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in building brands and driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
• Expertise in PPC, direct-to-consumer marketing, and social media campaigns.
• Ability to develop high-level strategies and execute on a granular level.
• Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and campaign performance metrics.
