In this role, the Growth Marketing Specialist will have the opportunity to build engaging customer experiences to increase retention. You will be a liaison between teams and functions, creating and optimizing best practices for growth. This position involves creating, executing, and monitoring email capture forms to grow newsletter, triggered, and promotional email channels. You will work with necessary teams to implement optimized design and copy for forms both on-and-off-site including widgets, landing pages, and subscription pages. Monitoring key performance indicators such as reach, conversion rate, and quality of converted audience will be essential to understand performance and drive continuous improvement. Conducting A/B testing, interpreting and analyzing data, and identifying and implementing optimization opportunities will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will analyze both target industries and marketing trends, championing new strategies and tactics to attract and convert new audiences. Creating feedback loops with key stakeholders that drive actionable insights regarding content and offers driving engagement and conversion will be crucial. Finally, you will execute monthly reporting to key stakeholders on the performance of audience acquisition initiatives and build and test data integrations between platforms to ensure proper flow of user data.
