This is a growth strategy role where you are going to focus on learning the business inside and out then ideally promote into a lead position or move cross-functionally - though your position first and foremost will involve client facing growth activities.   • Research and identify potential clients, understanding their business needs.
  • Engage with prospects via cold calling, emails, and social media, introducing them to Traba’s innovative solutions.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings or presentations.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, comments, and complaints.
  • Enthusiastic and excited about start-ups.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias towards action and ownership mentality.
  • Ambitious and driven to excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Gritty with a willingness to persevere and achieve goals.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to develop long-term partnerships.
  • Experience in sales or client-facing roles.
  • Familiarity with the technology or supply chain industry.
  • Uncapped commissions and ability to far exceed OTE
