About the position

As a Growth Operations Associate at Traba, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by expanding into new markets and enhancing existing ones. This position involves working cross-functionally with various teams to implement growth strategies, analyze market trends, and build strong relationships with clients and partners. You will be at the forefront of building and scaling a startup, contributing to the efficiency of the global supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and implementing the growth strategy for an entire state, including launching new markets for Traba.
  • Prospecting, meeting with, and closing partnerships with warehouses, distribution centers, and manufacturing facilities.
  • Acting as an advocate for Traba's brand, representing the company's vision and values to potential partners.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Developing and executing strategies to penetrate new markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Building tools, providing geo insights, analysis, and reporting structures to surface insights and recommend strategies to cross-functional teams.
  • Becoming a trusted subject matter expert within the light industrial space and the global supply chain.
  • Establishing a new benchmark for operational excellence by addressing operational bottlenecks and managing supply and demand dynamics.
  • Tackling a wide range of operational tasks, including generating and deploying a labor supply into a launch market and supporting the integration of a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, working at a startup, business development, or related roles.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes with a 'no task too small' mentality.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, workers, and internal stakeholders.
