About the position

As the Growth / Performance Marketing Manager at Topaz Labs, you will be responsible for owning and optimizing paid search campaigns across various platforms including Google, Yahoo, and Bing. This role focuses on maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition through effective budget management and data analysis. You will also lead A/B testing initiatives to enhance campaign performance and drive growth for the company, which specializes in AI imaging technology.

Responsibilities

• Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Manage online advertising campaigns across various channels
• Optimize advertising budgets to achieve ROAS goals
• Analyze data and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness
• Build creative and effective keyword and search advertising campaigns
• Implement conversion strategies and improve marketing results
• Research and analyze competitors and identify new promotion opportunities
• Coordinate external advertising agency activities when needed
• Test new marketing tools, new ideas, new solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in conducting online search and keyword marketing campaigns
• Ability to analyze marketing data (e.g., Google Analytics, Rockerbox)
• Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize non-brand keyword campaigns
• Strong understanding of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Analytical thinking and ability to test and iterate
• Creativity and ability to create effective advertising content
• Awareness of trends and innovations in SEM marketing
• Readiness for continuous improvement and professional development
