About the position

The Growth Performance Marketing Manager/Specialist at MultiPlan is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing strategies with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) within the healthcare sector. This role aims to drive lead generation and growth strategies, leveraging industry knowledge to create effective marketing initiatives that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing programs to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts with personalized content and tailored outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze program performance, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
  • Work with writers to produce various content assets, including emails, ad copy, white papers, and case studies.
  • Manage vendor relationships to support marketing asset development and ensure timelines are met.
  • Represent MultiPlan at industry tradeshows and conferences as appropriate.
  • Identify and engage with key industry associations and publications to enhance lead generation efforts.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing programs to effectively move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Utilize various digital and traditional marketing channels to reach and convert target audiences.
  • Apply knowledge of Health IT and data management trends to shape marketing strategies and messaging.
  • Stay updated on industry developments to ensure timely marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Track, measure, and report on program performance and ROI, providing actionable insights.
  • Use analytics tools to evaluate marketing effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, particularly in Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare sector, specifically in payer and provider markets.
  • Experience in lead generation and nurturing programs.
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize marketing strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Health IT and data management trends.

Nice-to-haves
