About the position

The Growth Portfolio Manager at All Native Group will play a crucial role in supporting the Government & Public Solutions (GPS) team by driving business development strategies, expanding partnerships, and enhancing proposal development efforts. This position requires collaboration with GPS leadership to implement initiatives aimed at increasing the company's presence in the government sector and diversifying its portfolio. The ideal candidate will leverage their experience in federal business development and data-driven decision-making to optimize growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the GPS team to identify new service areas and market opportunities.
  • Partner with the Account Executive to execute growth strategies in federal and public sector markets.
  • Support teaming arrangements and vendor alliances to build strategic partnerships.
  • Conduct data analytics and research to improve capture strategies and analyze market trends.
  • Assist in client engagement efforts to build relationships with federal stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Coordinate with Contracts on the development of teaming agreements and non-disclosure agreements.
  • Support proposal development efforts, ensuring compliance with federal requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate internal proposal review sessions to ensure high-quality submissions.
  • Consult with leadership to examine win/loss rates and provide insights on strategic growth areas.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in federal business development, proposal support, or partnership management.
  • Familiarity with federal acquisition processes, FAR regulations, and set-aside programs.
  • Proven experience supporting federal capture efforts and managing teaming engagements.
  • Strong data analysis skills with experience using tools like GovWin, SAM.gov, and USAspending.gov.
  • Strong writing, organizational, and project management skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Tribal/ANC organizations and their acquisition processes.
