About the position

The Growth Product Manager for Patient Acquisition at Oshi Health is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the patient onboarding journey and driving growth through innovative product strategies. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize the patient sign-up process and ensure a seamless experience for new patients. The role is integral to the company's mission of revolutionizing digestive healthcare and improving patient experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Patient Onboarding Journey by leading the development and optimization of the sign-up funnel and activation experiences.
  • Analyze experimental results to identify growth opportunities and iterate on product changes that enhance patient acquisition and activation.
  • Uncover barriers to patient sign-up and activation through continuous experimentation and validation, driving product decisions that facilitate patient engagement.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated squad (engineering, design, QA, analytics) to deliver features with speed and precision, maintaining high quality standards.
  • Develop and communicate the product growth strategy, including roadmap and prioritization, to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3 years of demonstrated experience in product management, with a strong focus on driving growth in the healthcare space.
  • Experience leading and optimizing sign-up funnels, with a deep understanding of user acquisition and onboarding.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and transform it into actionable insights, including data visualization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience running growth experiments, including A/B testing and funnel optimization.
  • Ability to use data to inform decisions, driving product growth with clear metrics, KPIs, and benchmarks.

Nice-to-haves

  • Proficiency in product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Optimizely, Segment, Fullstory).
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
