Instawork is building a world-class demand generation function to fuel our Partner and Pro growth. We’re looking for our next teammate who is passionate about designing and executing a modern growth playbook to drive revenue growth. You will take the lead in building and executing a robust self-serve demand generation strategy from the ground up to drive awareness, demand, and conversion. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to drive awareness, demand, and conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Execute Growth playbook that will give outsized impact on new Partner acquisition.
  • Have full ownership of driving top of funnel growth, product experience, pricing strategy to boost Partner acquisition rates.
  • Understand and build empathy for our Partners through market research, data, and customer insights.
  • Design, execute, and optimize growth experiments to rapidly test hypotheses and drive continuous learning and improvement.
  • Leverage data and intuition to identify high impact levers for growth, whether it's top-of-funnel acquisition, product onboarding or monetization.
  • Build with sustainable economics. Iterate on campaigns, funnels, retargeting flows to maximize unit economics.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with proven success in product marketing.
  • Deep experience owning funnel metrics and optimizing for activation, conversion, or engagement.
  • Strong product instincts. You think in user flows and aren’t afraid to get into the details and build/fix what’s needed to drive conversion.
  • Experience in user acquisition, growth marketing, performance marketing.
  • Strong communicator and ability to build trust and influence across stakeholders.
