About the position

As a Growth Product Manager at INFI, you will lead initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role focuses on utilizing data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance product adoption, working closely with various cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies that impact INFI's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategy focused on increasing product adoption, engagement, and customer lifetime value.
  • Identify and optimize growth levers within the product to enhance user engagement.
  • Lead A/B tests, feature experiments, and other initiatives to validate hypotheses and maximize growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align product growth strategies with campaigns and promotions.
  • Analyze and report on KPIs related to growth, retention, and engagement to inform strategic decisions.
  • Work closely with UX/UI teams to improve user flows and onboarding for an engaging customer experience.
  • Monitor industry trends and customer feedback to adjust growth strategies accordingly.
  • Provide thought leadership and participate in industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on growth, preferably within SaaS, e-commerce, or technology startups.
  • Strong data analysis skills and experience with growth metrics and experimentation.
  • Demonstrated success in driving user growth, engagement, and retention through product initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, with a passion for creating resonant products.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate growth strategies and present to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or specialization in product management is a plus.
