The Growth Product team is at the forefront of our mission, tackling one of the hardest challenges in healthcare today: Getting people to take that initial (and biggest!) step towards living a healthier lifestyle with Noom. Many of our users have had previous experiences trying to live healthier lives where they've either failed, or succeeded temporarily only to slide back into old habits. On the Growth Product team you'll not only help people understand how Noom can help, but you'll focus on tackling an even more important hurdle - getting them to believe in themselves again. The Growth Product Manager we are seeking will have a strong desire to further our mission through innovation. Our signup flow has inspired an industry-wide pattern of personalized survey-based onboarding, and we're looking for someone who wants to lead the radical vision of how to set the next industry standard by creating differentially powerful and delightful signup experiences for our customers. You'll ideate, evaluate, drive, and execute on opportunities to improve the signup journey for our recently launched, fast-growing Noom Med product. You'll also play a critical role in shaping our company's ambitious growth strategy for our new flagship product as we capitalize on an exciting and uncharted era of disruption.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test hypotheses to grow our user base using multiple data sources including consumer behavior analytics, user research, and experiment performance.
  • Maximize conversion rate, retention rate, and customer lifetime value through data-driven decisions.
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, design, data, and senior leadership to rapidly execute and iterate on projects.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership across the company to drive impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of growth or product management in a consumer tech space
  • Ability to navigate high degree of ambiguity and drive complex projects forward, executing in a highly autonomous way
  • Strong analytical dexterity and critical problem solving skills
  • Strong customer empathy and well-versed in user psychology
  • Scrappy and curious, with a focus on execution and outcomes
  • Data savvy, well-versed with tools and concepts such as user research, market research, data analysis, A/B testing, and price testing
  • Experience building, shipping, and scaling new products or product offerings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to manage stakeholders across departments
