The Growth Product Manager will lead the continued development of our growing portfolio of consumer-facing websites. This role will be a central conduit around which the core of our multi-billion-dollar business continues to grow; helping shape the strategy and development of key growth drivers and value creation. This role will sit in the middle of business, engineering, design, and data to understand the business, determine prioritization for initiatives, drive execution, while keeping all stakeholders in the loop. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include having a deep understanding of the business, developing, outlining, and prioritizing strategic initiatives, translating these initiatives into executable stories for engineering, design, and data teams, actively managing sprints, owning the performance and continual optimization of digital platforms, collecting input from stakeholders, and collaborating daily with peers in various departments. This position requires a Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, along with 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management, an analytic mindset, and the ability to juggle various work activities while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued development of consumer-facing websites.
  • Shape the strategy and development of key growth drivers and value creation.
  • Understand the business and determine prioritization for initiatives.
  • Drive execution while keeping all stakeholders informed.
  • Develop, outline, and prioritize strategic initiatives that drive digital platforms.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into executable stories for engineering, design, and data teams.
  • Manage sprints to ship solutions effectively.
  • Own the performance and continual optimization of digital platforms through rapid iterative testing.
  • Collect input from stakeholders including user research, surveys, and feature requests.
  • Collaborate daily with peers in engineering, design, data, marketing, and other business areas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management; building, launching, and optimizing successful online e-commerce and mobile platforms and products.
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to break down problems into executable chunks and develop metrics to track performance.
  • Data self-sufficient; capable of pulling data, performing analysis, and generating actionable insights.
  • Ability to juggle various work activities and shift attention to meet different stakeholder demands.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment with a proactive mentality.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on finding efficient pathways to task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize arguments, and solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
