About the position

The Growth Product Manager at Leaf Home will lead the development of consumer-facing websites, playing a crucial role in shaping the strategy and growth of the company's multi-billion-dollar business. This position requires collaboration across business, engineering, design, and data teams to prioritize initiatives, drive execution, and optimize digital platforms for performance and value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the business and how platforms drive value and core KPIs.
  • Develop, outline, and prioritize strategic initiatives for digital platforms.
  • Translate strategic initiatives into executable stories for engineering, design, and data teams.
  • Manage sprints to ship solutions effectively.
  • Own the performance and optimization of digital platforms through iterative testing.
  • Collect input from stakeholders including user research and feature requests.
  • Collaborate daily with peers in engineering, design, data, and marketing.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer-facing product management, particularly in e-commerce and mobile platforms.
  • Analytic mindset with the ability to break down problems and develop performance metrics.
  • Data self-sufficiency to pull data, perform analysis, and generate insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and shift attention as needed.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a proactive mentality.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on efficient task completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for all stakeholder levels.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas and solve complex problems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Business, Economics, Finance, or Math.
