We are passionately building the future of intelligent construction management and are looking for a talented Growth Product Manager to drive and execute a metrics-driven Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy. As a member of our small-but-mighty (and fully-remote) Product team, you have the unique challenge of developing growth product experiences and infrastructure to both expand into new markets as well as improve key metrics across all customer touchpoints and cohorts. To this end, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of key growth initiatives, aiming to unlock exceptional experiences for our fast-growing audience.

Responsibilities

  • Define, measure, and report on key KPIs around activation, retention, and growth.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Set clear hypotheses and key metrics to guide your experiments.
  • Run quick, iterative experiments and build Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) to burn down risk and validate ideas.
  • Orchestrate a prioritized roadmap of experiences, features/enhancements, applications, tools, integrations, or any other touchpoint based on learnings.
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with Core Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers, Account Managers, Finance, and more to execute your roadmap.
  • Lead the creation of product messaging briefs, guiding marketing communications for your initiative launches, and act as a product spokesperson to customers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Product Management experience leading end-to-end lifecycle for a software product or product area, from concept to market.
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
  • Strong analytical abilities and an uncompromising attention to detail, capable of operating seamlessly between highly detailed technical contexts and strategic business contexts.
  • Ability to think clearly, seeing the big picture while innovating down to the details.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; thrives in highly collaborative projects, effective at building consensus, and adept at cutting through ambiguity.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills; ability to become comfortable with technical concepts and explain them to non-technical partners.

Nice-to-haves

  • A proven knack for formulating product messaging and informing outbound marketing through world-class storytelling.
  • Experience / expertise in Pendo, or similar product analytics tools.
