About the position

As our Growth Product Manager, you'll be responsible for designing data-driven, high impact product experiences that drive student success from program discovery to enrollment and graduation. You'll focus on scaling our growth initiatives across the student lifecycle, from refining referral programs and improving conversion rates on key pages to enhancing the onboarding experience. Your work will involve close collaboration across teams to innovate and experiment, ensuring that every growth initiative aligns with our mission to create fulfilling, successful career paths for our students.

Responsibilities

  • Drive organic growth via referral programs and conversion rate experiments
  • Develop and refine product features that encourage users to engage with new programs
  • Deeply understand our students and be their voice across our team
  • Work closely with design, engineering, data, growth, and other cross-functional partners to learn quickly and ship quickly
  • Effectively communicate product roadmap & vision and clearly manage priorities and tradeoffs.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of consumer facing growth product management experience
  • A BA/BS degree in a quantitative discipline: computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, operations research, engineering, economics, etc.
  • A track record of driving organic growth through product experiments and initiatives
  • Highly analytical (proficient in SQL & data visualizations) with strong communication skills to relay those insights
  • Ability to build relationships and influence decisions at various levels across all different team members
  • Bias to action with the ability to consider trade-offs and make decisions amongst competing priorities
  • Hands-on approach to getting the job done

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous startup experience especially at B2B2C or B2C EdTech/Healthcare
  • Understanding of technical aspects of software development (ex. should be able to search through GitHub)
  • Experience working with Marketing Attribution and integrating/building tools to centralize data tracking.

  • Base Salary: $120-$180k
  • Equity: 0.04-0.06%
