About the position

As a Growth Programs Manager focused on Customer Acquisition at Notion, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-of-funnel growth across key growth programs and customer segments, including Product Launches, Startups & SMBs, and Students. This strategic position requires you to identify opportunities, develop effective strategies, and lead cross-functional efforts aimed at acquiring new users and customers across both B2B and B2C verticals. You will collaborate closely with various teams to execute these initiatives, contributing significantly to the overall growth of the company. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, testing, and scaling customer acquisition programs. You will lead the development and execution of acquisition strategies across growth programs, focusing on channel product/segment fit to build top-of-funnel and revenue growth loops that align with Notion's overall growth objectives. Your ability to manage cross-functional programs will be crucial as you coordinate with marketing, product, data, research, creative, and brand teams to promote and launch initiatives that drive growth. This will encompass product launches, channel pilots, viral campaigns, and more. Additionally, you will be tasked with scaling our test and learn culture by gaining an in-depth understanding of our channel portfolio. This will involve identifying new opportunities, designing sound experiments, and iterating to maximize performance. As a champion of customer segment insights, you will leverage both qualitative and quantitative research to become the go-to expert on our priority customer segments, such as Startups, SMBs, Students, and Educators. Your insights will be instrumental in influencing growth strategies across teams and products.

Responsibilities
