About The Position

This position is part of our Services AI Engineering team, where you will collaborate closely with program management and engineering teams to create innovative solutions that drive our technology forward. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models, particularly focusing on natural language processing and understanding. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate these models into our existing systems and workflows, ensuring that they meet the operational needs of our business. Your responsibilities will also include conducting data processing and analysis to improve model accuracy and efficiency, staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing technologies, and fine-tuning models based on feedback and performance metrics.
