The Senior Angular Developer position at the Georgia Technology Authority (GTA) is a critical role that involves leading software development projects with a focus on Angular and Spring Boot technologies. The individual will work closely with clients, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis, design, and development of high-quality technical solutions. These solutions must align with GTA and State Agency IT strategies and comply with the organization's architectural standards. As a Senior Developer, the individual will be involved in the full systems life cycle, which includes designing, coding, testing, implementing, and supporting applications that are delivered on time and within budget. In addition to application development, the role may encompass participation in component and data architecture design, technology planning, product evaluation, issue troubleshooting and resolution, advanced testing processes, and buy vs. build recommendations. The Senior Developer will also utilize various middleware to develop integrated solutions that consolidate and coordinate existing applications, legacy systems, databases, web interfaces, and hardware logic to meet new and emerging enterprise requirements. A strong knowledge of programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, and debugging programs is essential. The work complexity is at an advanced professional level, requiring the individual to work on major projects as a lead developer, providing subject matter expertise and technical guidance. The projects may span a broad range of systems or technologies and could have a system-wide impact.
