About the position

The Administrative Technical Reviewer position at DNV involves ensuring compliance with quality requirements and performing technical reviews for assigned schemes. The role requires effective communication with internal clients and the ability to track and manage overdue tasks. The position supports the company's mission to provide reliable insights and maintain the integrity of the MSC scheme.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with the quality requirements of the activity, the instructions of the line manager, and the procedures governing the activity.
• Perform 1st tier technical reviews for the assigned schemes.
• Report back and revert non-compliances to local units including escalation when needed.
• Track overdue assigned tasks such as overdue audits, expiring certifications, upload of reports, completeness of audit records, etc.
• Review reports and verify conformance with relevant ICPs/OPs.
• Provide assistance and guidance to existing and prospective internal clients (local units).
• Ensure that the independent nature of the MSC scheme is never compromised.
• Other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of administrative experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Acrobat
• Proficient in data entry processes
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in aerospace schemes
• Familiarity with OASIS database
