We are currently seeking a passionate and self-starting Associate Product Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for translating the needs of customers and sellers across various teams, including marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams. Your expertise will be crucial in owning a variety of initiatives that support pipeline generation and drive deals to closure. As the product Go-To-Market expert, you will collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line you represent. You will develop effective sales training materials, ensuring that non-technical sales teams can easily understand our complete suite of technology. Your role will also involve aligning with global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation. You will define and build repeatable demos, sales plays, and competitive programs while creating high-quality content that aligns with supporting marketing campaigns. In addition, you will own key sales communications and updates, and you will be responsible for creating, recruiting, and producing content for Salesforce events such as World Tours, Dreamforce, webinars, and third-party events. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, possess outstanding organizational skills, and have the ability to establish strong working relationships with cross-functional teams. You will confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity. Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.

Responsibilities

  • Be the product Go-To-Market expert for stakeholders across product, marketing, and distribution for the specific product line that you represent
  • Develop succinct and effective sales training materials (demos, training, FAQs, etc.), making it easy for non-technical sales to understand our complete suite technology
  • Align to named global distribution leaders to drive marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation
  • Define and build repeatable demos, sales plays, competitive programs, and create high-quality content, while aligning to supporting marketing campaigns
  • Own key sales communications and updates
  • Create, recruit, and produce content for Salesforce events such as World Tours, Dreamforce, webinars, and 3rd party events

Requirements

  • 3 years of Product Marketing, Solution Engineering, Sales, or Go-To-Market background
  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms
  • Hands-on experience building a range of marketing assets, including compelling sales plays and enablement materials, succinct slide pitch-decks, demo videos, and event/webinar content
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive decision-making as well as a consistent track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics
  • Outstanding organizational skills to define and balance multiple projects with tight deadlines effectively within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with cross-functional teams and align with global stakeholders
  • Strong collaboration skills with a willingness to drive hands-on tactical execution
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confidently deliver presentations to audiences of all sizes
  • Ability to confidently pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
