About the position

The position at TikTok involves supporting the execution of various campaigns for TikTok Shop, focusing on driving impactful business success in the commerce industry. The role is designed for recent graduates, offering opportunities to kickstart their careers and engage in significant projects that promote creativity and joy in shopping. Successful candidates will collaborate with multiple teams and utilize data analysis to inform business decisions, contributing to the overall mission of TikTok.

Responsibilities

• Assist in following up on the execution of various campaigns of TikTok Shop, such as Platform level campaign, Category Campaign, and Brand Campaign
• Participate in resource allocation discussion, merchant communication, and marketing planning
• Coordinate internal and external resources to promote the implementation of campaign period activities
• Participate in the formulation of Campaign business planning, continuously gain insight into the performance of operations through data analysis and research, and provide support for business decisions
• Support cross-team communication of key modules of special campaigns, involving multi-team collaboration such as central campaign/creator/UG/product teams, assist in project management

Requirements

• MBA degree with a graduation date before December of 2025
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Sensitive to data, strong data awareness, proficient in Excel formulas
• Strong internal and external communication, project management skills, self-motivated, and a sense of responsibility

Nice-to-haves

• Business/Marketing background is preferred
• Experience in e-commerce company-related activities and marketing is preferred
• Data analysis software skills
