We’re looking for a Compensation Analyst to own and optimize our commission operations and compensation analytics. You’ll be the go-to expert for all things CaptivateIQ, ensuring accurate, timely, and strategic compensation processes across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, and Sales Leadership to drive clarity, accountability, and precision across our incentive structures.
