About the position

The GTM Enablement Manager, Field Enablement at ClickUp is responsible for developing and delivering coaching and enablement programs aimed at enhancing sales performance across the entire sales journey. This role focuses on creating impactful training initiatives that leverage sales methodologies and frameworks to improve sales effectiveness and productivity. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and a strong understanding of sales enablement within a SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy sales enablement programs to improve sales effectiveness and productivity.
  • Deliver high-impact enablement programs to enhance sales capability and foster a culture of sales expertise.
  • Integrate GTM readiness into core sales training and development programs by role.
  • Manage key stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout the enablement process.
  • Measure and analyze the effectiveness of enablement programs using data for continuous improvement.
  • Deliver training and train-the-trainer programs to a global audience, both in-person and virtually.
  • Collaborate with PMM, Marketing, and Product teams to align on priorities and ensure consistent messaging to the field.
  • Conduct field reviews and provide targeted coaching to sales reps and managers based on those reviews.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience in sales and/or enablement as a sales coach, preferably in the SaaS space.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully executing and delivering sales enablement programs.
  • Ability to train seasoned salespeople with credibility.
  • Experience developing and deploying enablement programs for multiple personas.
  • Understanding of coaching best practices.
  • Ability to identify sales team and leadership needs and translate them into effective programs.
  • Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and reports (i.e. Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitation, problem-solving, analytical, and presentation abilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Use of Generative AI in enablement is a major plus.
