About the position

The GTM Enablement Project Manager at Glean is responsible for driving the successful execution of enablement initiatives that support all Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Business Development. This role focuses on onboarding new hires, managing projects, and facilitating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are well-integrated and equipped to contribute effectively within their first month.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance the Glean|GOES onboarding program for new GTM hires.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly cohort-specific onboarding sessions and maintain communication channels for new hires.
  • Implement a buddy program and peer-accelerated learning sessions for new hires.
  • Track and report on the progress and success of onboarding programs.
  • Lead and manage GTM enablement projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for enablement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships and contracting.
  • Support the design and facilitation of training programs across the employee lifecycle.
  • Maintain a repository of enablement resources and ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.
  • Serve as a liaison between the GTM enablement team and other departments.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of enablement activities and their impact on sales performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a project/program management or enablement role, preferably within a technology or market-leading company.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training programs and enablement materials.
  • Proficiency in using enablement tools and platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
