About the position

The GTM Growth Enablement Program Manager at Sigma Computing is a pivotal role focused on enhancing the company's go-to-market strategies and optimizing sales processes. This position involves driving pipeline generation efforts and constructing scalable sales play programs to support enterprise and commercial teams. The manager will collaborate with various departments, leveraging analytics to improve sales performance and foster relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a pipeline generation program in collaboration with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, and Product.
• Use data and market insights to identify opportunities for timely go-to-market campaigns.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to define and build new sales plays and the necessary support assets.
• Project manage and optimize content for facilitation and rollout with enablement peers.
• Measure the impact of programs through reporting on campaign and program performance.
• Create field assets such as intro decks, messaging sequences, discovery questions, call scripts, and customer engagement materials.
• Propose and lead strategic enablement sessions with core GTM stakeholders to address market needs and opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years in sales enablement or related roles.
• Experience in sales or product marketing roles, preferably in complex sales cycles for technical solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, sales analytics providers, and sales enablement technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
