Salesforce is seeking a passionate and self-starting Product Marketing Director to lead the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for our product line. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our product marketing efforts resonate with sales teams and customers alike. As the voice of sales, you will translate the needs of various stakeholders across marketing, sales enablement, product, and field teams, impacting initiatives that support pipeline generation and drive deals to closure. The ideal candidate will thrive in navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, and influencing cross-functional teams, potentially managing a team of marketers. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling product messaging and positioning, developing go-to-market programs, and creating impactful sales enablement materials. You will work closely with the strategic events team to ensure our products are effectively showcased at both third-party and proprietary events. Your leadership will guide your team in defining a differentiated, clear, and customer-centric narrative that aligns with our global distribution leaders, driving marketing and sales alignment, sales programs, and pipeline generation. You will also be tasked with developing and delivering relevant sales training materials, ensuring that our sales teams have a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings. By defining repeatable sales plays and high-quality content, you will align these efforts with supporting marketing campaigns. Your role will involve looking at all outputs from the Product Marketing team through the lens of a sales representative, translating marketing and industry-focused initiatives into actionable programs that drive growth. Additionally, you will create and deliver thought leadership content, webinars, blogs, events, and case studies to effectively communicate our message to various audiences.
