About The Position

Harmonic Security is seeking an AI-first builder for a GTM Revenue Operations Engineer role. This position involves designing and building systems, automations, and internal tools to enhance the effectiveness of go-to-market teams. The role focuses on leveraging AI and automation to fix inefficiencies, moving beyond simple tool configuration to architecting and integrating systems. The successful candidate will own the design and buildout of scalable infrastructure that supports sales, leadership, and board reporting, with a focus on AI-powered workflows for tasks like research, enrichment, and meeting preparation. This is a critical role for a scaling company, where the systems built will define future operations.

Requirements

  • 4 to 7 or more years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Systems, or Growth Engineering in B2B SaaS.
  • Direct ownership of pipeline management, CPQ, and renewals.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise as an administrator and architect, including custom objects, data model design, lifecycle workflows, deal pipeline logic, and integration architecture.
  • Clay expertise: experience building enrichment tables, waterfall enrichment pipelines, and outbound enrollment workflows.
  • Strong command of automation platforms (Tines, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) for multi-step, cross-system workflows.
  • SQL fluency for interrogating pipeline data, validating CRM hygiene, and building reporting inputs.
  • Hands-on API integration experience: building and maintaining webhook-based integrations between GTM tools.
  • Proven ability to design and operate commercial systems: quoting, contracting, renewal execution, and onboarding handoffs.
  • Strong analytical instincts to turn messy CRM data into clean, trusted reporting for executives and boards.
  • Experience working with the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage, high-growth startup.
  • Must currently reside in San Francisco, CA and able to work hybrid 2-3 days a week OR currently reside in New York.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ABM or intent platforms (6sense, Demandbase, Koala, or similar).
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or Metabase).
  • Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Tines AI nodes) applied to GTM automation.
  • Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth AI or cybersecurity company.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain signal-based outbound systems in Clay and Instantly, including enrollment triggers, enrichment pipelines, and sequence logic.
  • Design AI-powered workflows to automatically surface deal context, buying signals, renewal alerts, and next-best actions to reps.
  • Apply LLMs to tasks such as account research, QBR prep, deal briefings, onboarding documentation, and data normalization.
  • Run structured experiments to test hypotheses, measure impact, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator and architect, managing the data model, custom objects, associations, lifecycle stages, deal pipelines, user permissions, and integrations.
  • Design and build integrations across the GTM stack using APIs, webhooks, and iPaaS tools.
  • Write custom scripts (Python preferred) for data transforms, enrichment pipelines, CRM hygiene, and reporting.
  • Build and own a real-time analytics layer for funnel conversion, pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, rep productivity, and attainment.
  • Evaluate new tooling rigorously, including building business cases, running pilots, and measuring impact.
  • Partner with Sales leadership on targets, territory assignments, quota setting, and coverage planning.
  • Collaborate with Finance on ARR reporting, revenue recognition inputs, and commercial data integrity.
  • Work with Customer Success to build and track leading indicators for churn risk and expansion readiness.
  • Serve as the primary systems and data interface for sales, working closely with tech ops.
