About the position

Leapwork is seeking an experienced GTM Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of top talent for their teams in the US. This role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and developing strong partnerships with hiring managers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, engaging, and passionate about attracting exceptional talent in the tech/SaaS industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a seamless, uniform, and positive candidate experience.
  • Become a strong talent advisor by developing relationships with candidates, hiring managers, teams, and global stakeholders.
  • Innovate on ways to build pipeline, identify unique sourcing methods, and recruit in a variety of venues to build high performing teams.
  • Champion an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience focused on a high touch, warm, engaging, and meaningful connection during the recruitment journey.
  • Source, screen, and assess talent that leads to offers, negotiation, and closing.
  • Partner closely with management and other global talent acquisition specialists to attract talent that supports global lines of business.
  • Accelerate candidate engagement and improve candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process with consistent high-touch communication.
  • Contribute to the talent acquisition team by providing thought leadership on new recruiting tools, processes, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high growth business.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience within the tech/SaaS industry.
  • Experience partnering with senior executives on high volume searches in GTM organizations, such as Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Knowledge of the scaling tech landscape and who our competitors in this space may be.
  • Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills.
  • Ability to build a talent strategy alongside your hiring managers, while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Excellent communication, in all formats and ability to adapt communication style based upon audience.
  • Flexibility to work with teams outside of GTM.
