About the position

As a Guard I at Deployed Services, LLC, you will be responsible for providing unarmed security services within a government environment. This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and proactive engagement with guests, ensuring a secure and welcoming atmosphere. You will conduct foot patrols, monitor premises, and assist with various guest services while adhering to security protocols.

Responsibilities

• Conduct unarmed foot patrols within designated areas.
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and gracious manner.
• Facilitate guest services, including transportation and area attraction inquiries.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and relay information to management.
• Perform security patrols on foot or in a vehicle.
• Engage in proactive scanning of the area for security compliance and potential threats.
• Monitor entrances and exits, permitting authorized persons to enter.
• Investigate and prepare reports on incidents and suspicious activities.
• Liaise with local law enforcement as necessary.
• Assist with basic first aid and emergency notifications.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Texas Operating License (TX- B12679701).
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and console monitors.
• Must be able to read, speak, and write in English.
• Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have resided in the Continental U.S. for the last 3 consecutive years.
