In this role, the Client Advisor is expected to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals, thereby enhancing and developing the business. Providing an exceptional customer service experience is paramount, which includes exceeding client expectations and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Gucci's products, history, and heritage. The Client Advisor will drive individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales, capturing meaningful customer data through the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to build lasting relationships and personalize future client interactions. The position also involves maintaining an organized client book, contacting clients regularly, and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests. The Client Advisor should be well-versed in discussing general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a genuine passion for fashion and luxury products. Collaboration with fellow colleagues is essential to foster a positive working environment and ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
