About the position

The Gucci Client Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to clients, ensuring that their individual needs and expectations are met while embodying the brand's philosophy and values. As a Gucci Ambassador, the Client Advisor is responsible for creating a luxurious and branded client experience that reflects the essence of Gucci. This position requires a deep passion for the brand, which is conveyed through every interaction with clients, connecting them to the brand's rich heritage and product offerings. In this role, the Client Advisor is expected to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals, thereby enhancing and developing the business. Providing an exceptional customer service experience is paramount, which includes exceeding client expectations and demonstrating a thorough knowledge of Gucci's products, history, and heritage. The Client Advisor will drive individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by ensuring the highest level of customer service and quality of sales, capturing meaningful customer data through the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to build lasting relationships and personalize future client interactions. The position also involves maintaining an organized client book, contacting clients regularly, and providing appropriate follow-up on all sales or client requests. The Client Advisor should be well-versed in discussing general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showcasing a genuine passion for fashion and luxury products. Collaboration with fellow colleagues is essential to foster a positive working environment and ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience. Additionally, the Client Advisor must adhere to security standards within the store, contribute to the visual display of products according to Gucci's standards, and maintain a neat and organized stockroom. Following all company policies and procedures is also a critical aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by exceeding client expectations and demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Drive and exceed individual KPI goals by ensuring high levels of customer service and sales quality.
  • Capture meaningful customer data using CRM tools to build relationships and personalize client development opportunities.
  • Maintain an active, accurate, neat, and organized client book, contacting clients regularly for follow-up.
  • Discuss general trends in the fashion world and luxury market with clients, showing passion for fashion.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and exceptional client experience.
  • Maintain security standards within the store for the safety of customers and merchandise.
  • Uphold the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci standards.
  • Maintain a neat and organized understock and stock room.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
