The Gucci Client Advisor at Tysons Galleria is a pivotal role that embodies the essence of the Gucci brand. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that their individual needs and expectations are met. This role requires you to act as a "Gucci Ambassador," promoting the brand's philosophy and values while creating a luxurious client experience. Your passion for the brand will be evident as you engage with clients, providing them with insights into Gucci's rich history and heritage, and demonstrating an excellent knowledge of our products. In this position, you will consistently strive to achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the store. You will provide an exceptional customer service experience, going above and beyond to exceed client expectations. This includes capturing meaningful customer data using company tools (CRM) to build relationships and personalize future client interactions. Maintaining an organized client book and following up on sales or client requests will be essential to your success. You will also be expected to stay informed about general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showcasing your passion for fashion and luxury products. Collaboration with fellow colleagues is key, as you will work as a team player to foster open communication and ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for all clients. Additionally, you will uphold the visual display of products in accordance with Gucci's standards and maintain a neat and organized stockroom. Adhering to company policies and procedures is crucial, as is maintaining security standards within the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and merchandise. This role requires flexibility in your schedule, as you may need to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of luxury fashion sales experience or customer service setting.
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • High flexibility and adaptability to different customers.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
