About The Position
The Guest Attendant serves as the first and last point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional arrival and departure experience. This role involves assisting guests with their luggage, directing traffic flow at the hotel entrance, and maintaining the entrance area. The Guest Attendant also collaborates closely with valet staff to coordinate transportation and transfer needs for guests, while providing property orientations and delivering packages throughout the hotel.
